Non-Member investment is $1200. All events, both Member and Non-Member will have full access to Club amenities such as tables and chairs, a large kitchen and walk-in refrigerator.
- Application and Security Deposit ($800) are due at time of request. Please note, the security deposit is fully refundable if facility is left clean and free of breakage.
- Rental fee ($1,200) due one month prior to event.
- Cleaning Fee ($500) due 10 days prior to event.
- Certificate of insurance, naming SJVSC as additionally insured, in the amount of $1M due 10 days prior to event.
- Additional coverage for Alcohol/ Liquor Liability must be attached if alcohol is served. Certificates of Insurance must be furnished 10 days prior to use of the facility.
- Security guard contract due 10 days prior to event. Security guards are required for all Non-Member events. 2 guards for up to 199 attendees, 3 guards for up to 299 and 4 guards for up to 399.
