Member

Member Investment is $600. Please note that Members are required to have held membership for a minimum of 24 months and to be in good club standing in order to receive this rate. 

All events, both Member and Non-Member will have full access to Club amenities such as tables and chairs, a large kitchen and walk-in refrigerator.

• Application due at time of request.
• Rental fee ($600) due one month prior to event.
• Cleaning fee ($500) due 10 days prior to event.
• Certificate of insurance, naming SJVSC as additionally insured, in the amount of $1M due 10 days prior to event.
• Additional coverage for Alcohol/ Liquor Liability must be attached if alcohol is served. Certificates of Insurance must be furnished 10 days prior to use of the facility. 
• Security contract OR Hold Harmless agreement due 10 days prior to event.
• Funeral and Celebration of Life fees are waived for members.
